nathan Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 They want to £200 to allow me to transfer a domain from them. It's 5 minutes for them to release it, crazy price! every other provider that i've used does it FOC.
FN-GM Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Was this in the terms and conditions when the school signed up with them?
Meldrew Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 I had something similar years back and I was able to get the name transferred via nominet for around £10. I must have had an account with nominet or I was able to prove ownership, I can't quite remember the details. Meldrew.
