jezi55 Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 Plea for help ! We recently had to have one of our Intel SSR212MA SANs sent off for repair as the motherboard had died. We received the fixed SAN back but when we boot it up our software tells us that the licence key for the features is invalid (new board = new MAC address). I need the scalability PAK licence which will enable multiple nodes in a cluster, hot spares, n-way replication and virtual manager. Does anyone know of where to start looking for this or if they even make these anymore? (San is 5+ years old) From the controller software the node appears but i cannot move into my cluster. Any help is appreciated.
