Anyone using the Netsweeper Wagent?

We've just been updated to the latest Netsweeper platform with SB which authenticates using the wagent msi. We need to be able to get non networked devices on our WIFI as we have a VI student starting who will need access on his laptop. Currently it is still not working (SB are working on it) and I wondered if anyone had got it up and running, or is it just us?

I'm working with the Schools Broadband engineer who is asking me to set up a remote connection to the laptop so he can investigate further. Okay, but the Internet is being blocked by Netsweeper, how would you like me to do that...

we can easily put in an IP override if we know what the IP address of the device is.

 

If you can give that to support we should be able to sort and then debug.

Thanks Dave. I've already given an IP range to exclude but it's still not working...
