Anyone from School's Broadband got Virgin media's contact number?

Hi

 

Been in since 8 am waiting for an Engineer to provision and move our fibre to go over to 1GB School's Broadband

 

They have my contact number and one of the sub contractors even popped down Friday to look over the site to confirm.

 

Hindsight I should have asked for contact number but he said he might not be the person on site to carry out the works.

 

Dealing with sub contractors is a bit of a nightmare!

Hi @MrWu,

 

if you call our Service delivery team we can chase Virgin for you. Normally we can say whether its an am or a pm appointment. AM is from 08:00 - 13:00.
