Icloud

Hi guys

 

We have some macs on domain and having real issue with one staff. Every now and then the icloud gets unticked and as result the machine gets very slow whilst it syncs with icloud to download everything. At times he has said the button does not untick but seems like its doing full sync on the mac and this makes mac unusable.

 

I had look on server but unable to locate anything that shows we are unticking icloud in the mac server policies.

 

Any ideas what i can do? sorry not a mac expert so very limited experience

How do you manage the Macs? We have it so icloud is blocked and greyed out.

I believe that staff is administrator somehow, but we manage it via profile manager on server(if that's correct terminology).
