Clevertouch casting iPAD to screen

Hello

 

I understand there are some issues regarding the length of connection that an iPAD or similar can maintain to a Clevertouch using the CleverShare software. I know some people use Apple TVs to overcome this problem, but is there an alternative software solution that any of you guys have found that will allow you to display iPAD content without it falling out please? If it worked for other platforms too, even better! Would welcome your experiences.
