Panasonic Projector Lamp Reset

I replaced both lamps in my Panasonic PT-DZ6710 projector, but can't figure out how to reset the lamp counters. Any ideas?

I know we had some Epson projectors with some undocumented master codes/PIN locks etc that weren't included in the manuals either so you're not alone there.

Go to the lamp hours in the menu, ensure it's highlighted, press Enter for 3 seconds to bring up the reset confirmation dialogue, then press OK. Done!

Thanks for the tip.. Unfortunately I can't highlight the lamp hours. The page is only reporting lamp hour status, and it won't let me select anything. Any other ideas?

hi.. did you able to reset this lamp hours.? I have same projector and couldnt find any option to reset. please help if you have done the same.
