Who is in charge of e-learning credits?

Whoever has oversight of cross-curric ICT basically. Here it's me, last school it was Head of ICT.

ELC's have been replaced by some other scheme. I know some LEAs are using it to fund VLE's!

I chose the software and placed all the orders here.

 

We let departments bid for e-learning credits initially but they never used what they asked for so we started buying whole school software rather then subject specific.
