We seem to resolve one issue with Windows 10 to have another to appear!! Frustrating isn't the word.

We are running Windows 10 1803 and Office 2016. A lot of users are having issues initially opening .xlsx files. When they double click they get the following error "Sorry, we couldn't open 'drive%filepath%filename.xlsx'" Our users homeareas are mapped to 'N'. The drive letter on these errors are random, sometimes 'X' or even 'Z'. In most cases if the user closes Excel and and opens the file it opens fine. For some it just persists, the only way to resolve is to delete the local profile or them to log onto another PC.

Has anyone else seen this same error, or any ideas why this is happening, if indeed any idea on how to stop it happening? We applied some cache fixes but just can't work out the oddity of the the drive letter being different within this error???
