Win10 Pro - must have GPOs?

Hi,

 

We will be rolling out W10 Pro very soon and I am at the stage of making a list of Win10 Pro GPOs - any must have GPO recommendations?

 

Also, how do we get rid of pre-installed apps on Win10 Pro?

If you have the option of Edu, can't see any reason to go for Pro.

Yes we use the Edu version to, no reason to go Pro, this site gives useful help on removing apps https://www.maketecheasier.com/uninstall-pre-installed-apps-windows-10/ but you can PM as we use just to lines within Powershell with the same result.
