[SIMS] Cumulative Achievements - How?

Hi - does anyone know how to configure the thresholds for the Cumulative Achievements in SIMS?

 

Every student (under their Behaviour Management window) has this:

 

 

I just have no idea how to configure the Cumulative Achievements!

It is part of InTouch, you can set it up so you send out a message when a cumulative achievement threshold is reached.
