Clevertouch MDM - help needed

Hi all,

i am new on this forum and hopefully i'll get some answers. Thanks in advance!

 

Recently we've purchased Clevertouch boards (V series with Clevershare) and some of them with the PC blade integrated (so we have both OS available)

 

I want to add all of them in the Clevertouch MDM but i cant find the Client app (or the apk) to install it on the boards and try it out. Still no reply from Clevertouch support...

 

Shortly, the purpose of this would be to push content on all screens at desired time, in case of an emergency, pushing applications etc...

We got the Clevertouch Plus boards, and the MDM app is installed as standard with their newer android deployments. Before it was part of the deployed OS, it was in the Cleverstore.

 

Is there an OS update for your V boards? or maybe a store update for them that enables them?

Our boards are running on Android 5.1.1 and there is no update as of now, unless i can update the firmware manually, but no idea where to look for downloading the updated one...

There is no Cleverstore btw...so no luck with that also

Of course, the value range lacks the cleverstore! Not sure what the recommend except search for the mdm apk file and manually adding them?
