Hi Folks,

I've been happiliy retired now for over four years, but an ex-colleague just called me in a panic with a census error 1000. Now, I remember seeing this and resolving it, but I'm blowed if I can remember the details. Is there anyone here who can give simple steps I could forward, or maybe could look it up on SupportNet?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks. It's trickling back to me now {shudder}. I suspect it may be a student who was on-roll, moved to another school then readmitted as a guest. The solution as I recall was to take the guest off-roll for the duration of the senseless (as I like to call it) then undo that after it's been submitted. Or something like that.
