[1809, ou] 1809 not document redirecting "documents".

This is a new issue for me, I've started making a new 1809 image and the document redirection isn't working? This only affects the "documents" redirect?! The download, pics, all redirect fine...

 

here is the error..

 

Failed to apply policy and redirect folder "Documents" to "\\server4\students\13\13bloggj".

Redirection options=0x1211.

The following error occurred: "Can’t create the folder “\\server4\students\13\13bloggj”".

Error details: "This security ID may not be assigned as the owner of this object.

".

 

 

The user is Joe Bloggs, a test user, this user has no issues using the same GPO on Windows 8.1? I've checked that the GPO itself has authenticated users! I'm getting this issue with my other test users as well.
