Fujitsu Q520 Reset Clear BIOS password

A bit of a long shot, we have a couple of Fujitsu Q520 with BIOS passwords set. Does anybody know how to clear the password. I've been on the phone to Fujitsu and they won't tell me and want to charge £45 per machine to clear them. There is a switch unit on the MB with 4 switches which I believe has something to do with it.

Could you take the CMOS battery out on the motherboard then put it back in?

Yes I've tried that, it clear the time and date but not the passwords

You could try CMOSPWD (https://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/CmosPwd) to see if that can decrpt the BIOS password.
