mikkydoos Posted December 20, 2018 Posted December 20, 2018 Hi all, I'm looking at doing a firmware upgrade on a fairly aged Ruckus Zone Director ZD1100. B*gger me if I can can find a suitable upgrade path of firmwares. It's currently on 9.8.3.0 build 14 and I want to get it up to 9.10.2.0.63 (MR2 Refresh4). A straight upgrade isn't officially supported and I really can't afford to break it. Any idea's anyone ??? Cheers in advance
Boredguy Posted December 20, 2018 Posted December 20, 2018 it's not just the ZD you need to check is supported by the firmware updates, but also that your AP's are still covered. When I updated our ZD1300 from 9.6 to 9.8 I had to do it in 2 steps. 1
