I have a user setup on Office 365 (cloud) and need to create it on prems. (local AD) (this site uses Office 365 for exchange)

I have created the user onsite and matched the login name and email address.

I'm now getting errors from DirSync

I think the only time I've seen similar issues, is if the user has O365 roles applied to them. You need to remove the roles and re-apply them thereafter.

Just having the accounts look about the same will not cause it join up, the 'source anchor' is the 'primary key' and you'll see they are different. Follow the advise for hard matching that JThornton linked up.

Additionally I see you have changed the UPN, after doing the above bear in mind the below guidance if you continue to get the upn changed error

Is it worth creating a support ticket with microsoft to see if they can help me? Everytime i tired to solve this i'm getting some sync errors.
