Hi

We have had a school join our trust who have previously purchased Alpha touch screens.

They were running Win 7 and as part of the migration process we imaged their machines and installed Win 10.

We seem to be having issues with the touch element of the Alpha Touch screens.

If staff use Smart notebook, touch the pen, then try to write with their finger, it acts like its a tablet and scrolls the screen around.

I don't think they purchased the alpha touch software with the screens as they mainly use notebook. Is there a specific waythey need setting up or should they just be plug and play?
