What WiFi solution are you running, has it worked on NPS before?

Few things to try

1. Run Wireshark on Server to see if this is getting requests

2. Check for firewall issues

3. Check Radius logs on NPS server, if you have not got logs configured then set them up. A local file based log on the NPS server is good enough but check diskspace.

We are currently running a CISCO Wireless Controller, NPS is working fine with Windows 7 Devices and other Windows LTSB 1609 Devices

will give the suggestions a go

Thanks bjantke. We managed to solve it after so long as well, we upgraded our CA cert to SHA256 over SHA1 which was an old one we were using on our NPS and eventually managed to get it working.
