Could this be the Fallout we have been waiting for in the guise of Far Cry???

Could well be, I did wonder if it would go down that route after the ending(s). Either that or zombies; the latter would be wholly undesirable IMO but with Farcrys history of going alien or just way out there, it couldn't be written off.

Fallout 76 certainly isn't the Fallout anyone asked for.

I'll be keeping an eye on it. I hope they'll stick with the same co-op style they used in previous FarCry games - Although knowing Ubisoft, they'll probably just copy and paste like they usually do anyway!

 

Fallout 76 is by no means a good game, so this should be better from a story and technical standpoint, but I think the FarCry apocalypse will be missing that retro-futuristic Fallout charm.

I pre-ordered Far Cry 5 with all the DLCs but have never played any of the DLCs as I got fed up with the airplanes coming and shooting at me all the time, made it tiresome and monotonous for me which was a shame as Far Cry 4 was the reason I purchased my XBox in the first place and thoroughly enjoyed that one!
