Paxlocks not responding

We've got a couple of paxlocks (both on the same airbridge) that aren't updating or logging events.We've restarted the airbridge several times and re-synched both locks - and they both log 'Control Unit Reset' and 'Initialised' but then fail to log any access events, or update any new fob details.The last time this happened to a similar lock they were under warranty so were replaced, but it seems odd that they can connect, even update firmware but then fail to communicate in any other way? Net2 shows them both as online and up to date as well

As silly as it may sound, have you tried new batteries? We've got a few of these and they seem to have a mind of their own.

Yes batteries are nearly new and reset a few times.However we have now managed to fix it - for some reason the two paxlocks were 'attached' to an airbridge on the other side of the building, so they really couldn't be connected there. We deleted both paxlocks and resynched them, and they now both connect to the airbridge nearest to them!I'm not sure why they linked to the distant airbridge, its way too far away for them to connect to - and they were never attached to it originally. Odd
