I am looking for a power-shell script or a freeware GUI software that I can run at start up, that can check a drive and certain folders and it's sub folders for file changes, and then make a shadow copy of only the selected files and folders that get changed added or deleted or modified and then create a shadow copy constantly checking every 30 seconds or so.

Thanks in advanced.

Apologies for not posting in while as I don't work in the IT industry anymore but thought this could also be handy for home use, and imagine in an IT environment.

To be honest, most of us just do a robocopy of files and folders as robocopy will compare the source and destination locations and see if they match, if they don't it will copy or delete applicable data (if using the /MIR command).
