Sims Dinner Money Module

Hi,

 

Im in desperation as Capita have been as useful as a chocolate teapot in helping me.

 

Does anyone use Dinner money in Sims?

 

Ive recently added it and it appears in Sims. When I select Reports, Dinner Money, Statitics, Dinner Numbers by Week I get an error saying "Missing Pupil meal Definitions".

 

Anyone know where I go from there?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Had this a couple of times

My last notes are very vague:

Tools > Dinner Money > Pupil meal Definitions

 

New

Set name, link to meal Type, Set date in past.

Save

 

I will continue digging through my helpdesk to see if I can find further info

Can't find any more notes - however from memory the error on the page had the meal definition that was missing, and when you create the definition, you give it the same name as the error(s)

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone was getting this error? I specified the meal definitions but some dinner registers had already been done and I'm now getting this list of errors.

Did you set the meal definitions start date far enough in the past? And is that meal definition ticked for tge year groups?

I messed it up and set it to the current date. Now it wont let me go back.
