Cornerstones and Locklizard Screen Grabber error

Installed Locklizard for access to the files, but some of them throw up an error 'Please close your screen capture application and press ok to continue (screen grabber inspire.exe)'

 

Now my issue is that the classes all use Activinspire and only by closing the process enables locklizard to open the files. As it's a Primary School expecting the staff to know how to close the process instances isn't really a solution.

 

Has anyone resolved this issue?

i hate this software so much, treat your paying customers like criminals great... i get emails all the time complaining about it
