Hi Everyone,

We have a record in SIMS of students dietary requirements things like Gluten Free, No Dairy Produce etc. I would like this is be displayed on the tills for the kitchen staff to see at point of sale to the students.

I believe this possible but I am having problems getting Cunningham's to even start a conversation about it, I keep being told that if they do it It needs to go through a senior manager at Cunningham's as well as requiring an email from the school to confirm that the school is responsible for any incomplete or incorrect data.

I would have though that its clearly the school responsibility to store accurate and up to date data. is anyone else doing this with Cunninghams/Impact/SIMS.net

Thanks

We do this by using the "Perm Message" box under extra details in Impact, there is a quite short character limit though. When we asked they said there wasn't an automatic way.

Not sure if this will do want you want or is possible in Cunnighams

We used NRS Trust-e (we don't have catering any more), and if I recall correctly, you just set the [till] screen to show the dietary restrictions applied to an individual or item.

As a workaround, you could maybe add that details to where it displays the student name?
