Anyone else affected by the Gamma outage today? Our Primary have been without a phone system all day. Nationwide issue with Gamma hosted phone systems.

Here also, managed to divert to a mobile eventually

Gamma and we had all of our horizon customers affected today.

They have a webinar at 09:30 tomorrow morning to go over the issue but I believe it was a security patch update by broadsoft gone wrong.

@SchoolsBroadband will there be any compensation due to customers who went without phones all day? Not a good position for a school to be in if there are any emergencies.

I certainly hope so but I don't know yet.
