Cannot open a test on Dynamic Learning's webpage

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with dynamic learning, a website made by Hodder Education for accessing online educational resources such as online tests.

The issue involves being unable to start a test in Google Chrome on a particular user's machine. This has been tested on Internet Explorer 11 on the user's PC

and this works perfectly. It also works in Google Chrome on other PC's onsite.

 

We have looked through the settings in Chrome to check if JavaScript and Flash are enabled, that pop-ups are allowed and that cookies are enabled and everything seems to be as it should be.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be preventing a test from opening in Google Chrome?
