Adobe 2018 won't license

Hi All,

 

I'm currently pulling my hair out, we have a member of staff who works remotely on his iMac and we've installed Adobe CC on it few years back.

 

On Monday he asked can we update it as he needs some of the new features, which is fair enough. We logged into the CC app, updated it and updated the apps. It's now gone into Trail mode.....

 

I've seen there is issues with CC 2019 but this is 2018 due to his Mac being on Yosemite and 2019 isn't supported on Yosemite so dodged a bullet there i thought.... so i created the license package and ran it on his mac.... no luck it says it's completed but they all say trail still and his device is still in our list of devices. Annoyingly i don't have anything to test with as our macs are all High Sierra + so will update to 2019 if i tried to.....
