Hi i work at a school and we host sims internally on our mis server, we are continually getting one member of staff who always seems to get the error code "1075-9663-0700".

Has anyone else had this issue if so could you tell us what its relating to, when we contacted support they said it was relating to either a speed or workflow issue. we upgraded the staff member's PC to have 16gb ram 240 SSD i7 processor running windows 10 we have also had a support member looking at the what the user was doing and it didn't seem to extravagant, but yet the problem persists.

any help gratefully received.🤞

i know this is an absolute novice question but how do i get a stack trace.

I can't recall the exact button, but there'll be something along the lines of "show details" or "show trace" on the SIMS error dialog. Click this and you should get the stack trace.

could it be something to do with the users home page or the my sims documents folder.

i have had to delete that folder once for a user. it is located in the users home drive
