[sims] Census Error 1992

Afternoon All,

 

I keep getting the error 1992- Pupil has at least one learning aim which was active during the current year but there are no planned learning hours recorded for the current academic year. But these students have left the school between the start of the academic year and the census.

 

I put them back on role and entered the Planned learning hours, then off rolled them again, but I am still getting the error code.

 

Can anyone please help with this?

You need to update to the very newest fileset 1006.

I have updated to Fileset 1006, and that has not cleared the error! Grr!!!

Have you installed patch 24330 (Census consolidated patch v2) ?

 

There were a number of census issues fixed by this patch.
