Exchange 2016 Internet Calendar Sharing

Hi,

I have one site with a Local exchange 2016 server, 1 site with office 365.

I want to set up Internet calendar sharing on the local exchange server for publishing of calendars for Office 365 users to add.

I've tried to follow steps online but cannot seem to get things to work and look the same.

Could anyone please give me some guidance on how to set it up and get working on the server side.
