Capita SIMS KS4 resources - gradeset issues with double science

I am trying to reimplement the KS4 resources using the latest updated version from the summer.

The problem I am having is with the JC41 gradeset for combined science. When I try to do assessment mapping of our exam result aspects into the TP aspects, the gradesets are inconsistent. In that I have only the option to match say 8-7 to 7+ or 8-, when in theory I would like 7.5 points.

I am guessing this is associated with not having made an appropriate gradeset available to SIMS for this process. This ties in with when I manage the performance indicators, the QN for combined science has the incorrect gradeset (JC40 instead of the required JC41).

Could anyone help with the steps required to rectify this issue. I only dabble in this kind of thing once a year, so all help appreciated,

I'm a bit confused, is your source grade 8-7 or 7+ and 8-?

 

If it's 7+/8- you could map both of them to 8-7, it doesn't need to be a direct 1-1 relationship.
