Edu-IT Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 Does any school currently use an electronic system for recording First Aid / Near Miss etc and if so, can you recommend?
round2it Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 we just have a form to fill in and then it is recorded on a spreadsheet. it works for us but I too would like a quick process possibly looking at Microsoft forms or something like that
unixman_again Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 We use one that I wrote. It's nothing flash - basically a form which is filled in and writes to a MySql database. The only interesting bit is that if called from the student portal, only a few prompts are presented. From the staff portal, a few more and if a first aider uses it, they get the lot. There are a few reports too.

Marci Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 I’m afraid not - it’s just one module of a _much_ larger management platform they're hoping to go commercial with. We’re just launching it across our MAT at the moment to trial it out with multiple schools.
