Not receiving emails from outlook.com

Hi all,

 

My exchange server receives emails directly from external sources. We aren't receiving all emails from outlook.com addresses. Nothing sitting in the SPAM filter, not even getting to the server according to the message tracking. Is there anything else I can check?

Not according to mxtoolbox. Plus I'd have thought if we were, none would get through?

Depends entirely on what blacklists you would be on and what blacklists the other provider subscribes to; in most cases only some would be blocked. Outlook/hotmail and Yahoo are terrible for getting caught up in these. Anything in the firewall logs to show incoming connections from outlooks email servers?

Found out what was going on in case it's useful to anyone;

 

The messages were failing, but when the NDR was going back to the sender, it was going in to his SPAM folder. Helpful!
