Real life First Person Shooters - experience day

Is anyone into the first person shooters then you need to read this.

 

I have just been on possibly the best experience day so far in my life. In Leicestershire, just south of Leicester, there is a disused airfield. At this airfield is the 747 - counter hijacking combat experience.

 

If you are into COD, battlefield or any first person shooter, this day is a must for you.

All i can say is, we ask a group haven't stopped talking about it. Cracking day out for £100!!

Just to add, the owner, James is the only one in the the country doing this. During the week the place is used for military training and police dog training.

I have done something similar to this is the past, using airsoft equipment. Price seems a bit much considering that I can do a full 48 hour military simulation on a MOD site for the same price.

 

These events are basically designed to cater for people on stag do's and team building events more then anything. If you want to look at doing something on a more regular basis, then take a look at starting up airsoft. Which can be held in either woodlands or urban environments. Airsoft game days take place all around the country virtually every weekend.
