MLS Eclipse - Can not locate a library system on that server

I need to replace our Librarians back office PC and all I've got left to do is install Eclipse but when doing so I get a message saying it Can Not Locate A Library System On That Server. I've tried it's NETBios name, FQDN and IP address and get the same message.

 

Anyone come across this before and know how to fix it?
