Anyone having issues with School Seating Planner?

None of our staff seem to be able to log in and no one is answering the phone at School Seating Planner ?

Turns out the company (one man band) is closing and the chap is going back to full time teaching. No one here is admitting having received a message about it but looks like the hunt is on for a replacement!
