Change mouse cursor group policy

Hello,

 

I am following this guide for the Sam purpose as the author.

It doesn't apply the first time logging on but does for subsequent logons.

 

Does anyone have any thoughts on how I could get around this please?

Two streams of thought...

 

1) On first login only, terminate explorer.exe and relaunch it.

2) Apply settings to C:\Users\Default\NTUser.dat, which will effect all newly created profiles on that machine.
