Telnet test through the SWGfL

In anticipation of our new AccessIT library software going in today we got RM/SWGfL to amend our firewall rules to add an outbound rule for :

 

Source : School IP ranges

Destination : 95.154.244.11

Ports: TCP- 2703

 

We've just installed the AccessIT client which fails to connect out, AccessIT are saying the firewall rule has been done incorrectly!

 

I'm getting RM/SWGfL to double check, but feel it's unlikely they've made a mistake!

 

If I attempt to telnet to uk.accessit.online 2703 I get an error "Could not open connection to the host, on port 2703: Connect failed"

Same error if I use the IP address.

 

Does this categorically prove the firewall rule is not working, or could something else be at play....
