Dell Server - Raid signal cable, where does it go?

Have a dell T620 with a H310 raid card installed.

Its never been turned on since i got here, its giving the error:

HWC2003 BP1 SAS B Signal cable or interconnect failure

It looks like the cable to the backplate is in for data but there are two further connectors on the card labelled:

UART

SAS Act LED

Looks like it could be one of these causing the error.

The problem is i cant see anywhere for these on the MB or backplate to connect to.

Anyone had a Dell server (T620 or similar) and RAID card, can you tell me where its supposed to go?

Edit: Ok, need more sleep.

The b slot on the backplate doesnt have a cable. Not planning on using it but cant seem to find a way to disable it yet.
