Service Desk Analyst - 3 Month Contract - Milton Keynes

Circa £23,000 Per Annum (PAYE) Pro Rata - * URGENT *

 

Our client in Milton Keynes has an urgent requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join their busy help desk, supporting schools across England. As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience within a helpdesk/service desk environment, preferably within the Education Sector, as well as multi-site support experience.

 

Skills and requirements;

· Windows 7 or 10

· Help desk

· DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wireless and IPads etc.

· 1^st/2^nd line service desk support

· Excellent written and verbal communication

 

This is an initial 3 month contract and is required ASAP.
