nicholab Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 Hi can anyone confirm when you tick the court order box as it stop parentmail working? I take it you don't tick against the person who the court order is in favor e.g. guardian but you would tick it against a violent parent.
ICTLady Posted June 29, 2018 Posted June 29, 2018 That's my understanding. It would be worth double checking it with Parentmail support to be 100% sure.
rpwillis Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 From the SIMs help file. If there is a Court Order in place restricting this contact's access to the child, select the check box.
PhilNeal Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 I think there are two questions to ask. Does PM respect the court order settings? (I'd be shocked if it didn't!) The second question is how quickly does a change of status get implemented? With court orders this needs to be pretty well immediate!
