Recommendations Please - Art Printer A3

Hi All,

 

Looking for some recommendations for a printer for our Art department with the following features:

 

- Excellent quality printing

- Suitable for Adobe Photoshop/Graphics Print outs

- Able to print different sizes A4 or A3.

- Low/Reasonable consumable price

- Reasonable print speed

- Networked

- Budget up to £2000

- Win 10/Server 2012 compatible

We use a HPZ2100 which meets all your criteria although I’m not sure on the costs of the consumables.

Only issue is it doesn’t work with macs properly so we use a windows machine to print to it.

Way under your budget but they are everything you asked for!

Have a look at OKI A3 printers - we had one at my last school as was cheap to both run and buy

We bought a Canon Pro100S and its been great. Inks have never dried on us and never hear anything from the art dept about it.
