Trusted sites in group policies

Try as I might I can't seem to find how to enable /trust cookies for a particular site through the group policies. I wasn't aware that we'd blocked cookies but we get a message when visiting the digital creator website

I get

(Cookies must be enabled in your browser)

Unfortunately, cookies are currently not enabled in your browser

despite being logged in as my admin account

 

Works fine in firefox but not ie7.

 

any ideas /suggestions appreciateed.
