Tested and deployed version 4 - can confirm that it now works over a locked screen in Win 10 1803!

 

It also wakes up the screen if it's gone into power saving.

We are trying to achieve the same things as the original post but some of our teachers now only have a Chromebook. Does anyone know of a system that can be used to send alerts to both Windows computers and Chromebooks?
