"We are currently experiencing hardware issues at our data centre and their engineers are working on resolving the issue.

Sincere apologies, this is currently out of our control and we are unable to resolve via phone or email communications."

 

Been down for just over two hours so far... surprised its not running on Azure or AWS to be honest. Particularly it its workload is so skewed to term-time ought to make it an ideal match for on demand compute resources that Azure and AWS excel at.

Have to say I've not been impressed with Rackspace of late, seems to have gone down hill in the last few years.
