office 365 can't change pupils first name urgh... ADsync.

A pupils name was incorrect in Active Directory so it was updated but the change won't carry over to office 365?

 

I'm aware of the ball ache of altering a users upn should it be wrong (adconnect) but a simple field like user name.. COME ON!

 

anyhow how do I change this I'm too annoyed to try and ask the right question to google.

Have you tried a full sync and import on your server that has the ad connector installed on it. Ad connector usually performs a delta sync and import

 

Can’t say I do it often but I too world have thought it would be a simple task
