Mail Alias

[Shadow_Walker]

I have a headteacher who is head teacher at multiple sites in our MAT. He has an email address alias setup so for name@school1 and name@school2. The issue is he wants to know which has been sent to which email. Is there a way i can setup folders for him so one called school1 and another one which is school2 to split the emails?

If he is using Outlook you could set up a rule I think , moving the emails in to separate folders

How are they setup as alias as separate emails? If alias setup an inbox rule to split them.

We just give him the alias in AD to sync to office 365.
