Hi all,

We use Office 365 and I need to be able to force download of images from a particular address/domain. Historically I could add this to my safe senders list and push it out via GPO.

Not sure how I can do this with Office 365. I can't find a 'Safe Senders' section in the Exchange Admin Centre - only Spam Filter / Allowed Domains. That doesn't seem to affect what i'm doing though.

Any idea on how to do this? I could really do with all users automatically getting images for this email address, i don't want people to have broken emails or have to allow it at the client end.

Any help much appreciated.

You can add addresses to the safe senders lists for all users using PowerShell and the Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration cmdlets.

In particular you could use this command to add a domain and/or address to all users' Safe Senders lists:

Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration -TrustedSendersAndDomains @{Add="domain.com","[email protected]"}

Or if it's just for a particular user, you could use:

Set-MailboxJunkEmailConfiguration -Identity [email protected] -TrustedSendersAndDomains @{Add="domain.com","user.domain.com"}

Likewise, replace "add" with "remove" to do the opposite. I don't think there's a way to do this in EAC.
