ATF Import error on SIMS

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to import an ATF file into SIMS but am getting an error after it tries to import:

 

'Unexpected Error: The INSERT statement conflicted with the CHECK constraint "chk_adm_application_free_school_meals_history_start_date". The conflict occurred in database "simsxxxxxx". table.....

 

Anyone know if it's an issue with the atf or an issue with our sql database and any steps I can take to resolve it?
